Since i turned 27 my perfect complexion I’ve always had is breaking out and I have many blackheads in my t-zone. And my pores are large enough they embarass me. And my skin is noticeably rougher. what sould i do to remove my pimples or what should i do when red pimples come on my head?

I just went to have a beauty facial treatment and it felt great apart from when she was poking out all the pimples and blackheads. After she had finished that i came home 2 hours later and i noticed like red marks from the pimples and blackheads she had popped, it looks like i have acne or something, especially around my mouth and chin area.
